Why DTS?

I entered my IT career in 2020 after graduating with an Associate’s degree in Applied Electronics and Computer Technology. Having worked at two different MSPs providing full-service IT support to small businesses and municipalities all over my state for over half a decade, I know that not every business has a need for a full-service IT company. I started DTS to try and fill a gap in the IT market and offer services to businesses who are missing a piece of the puzzle, not the whole puzzle. Having headed up more than a dozen email migrations, installed servers and decommissioned them, designed small business networks from scratch, and done many other jobs over the whole spectrum of IT, I’ve decided to hone in on a service that I think stands alone and that I have had success in helping dozens of small businesses with in the past. Cyber insurance questionnaires are confusing and daunting to many business owners, and yet they’re practically ubiquitous, and can represent a barrier to getting a very important form of business insurance coverage. So instead of trying to shoehorn the one product you need with a whole host of services you don’t, I’m here to offer the one piece that might be missing in the puzzle of your business IT.
